--Responsibilities

Responsible for channel strategy, the business development and sales target achievement in USA.

Establish and manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors, chain retailers and independent dealers.

New product introduction to every key account, from early phase communication to launch, in accordance with their assortment selection process.

Collect and analyze the information of competitors and industry.

---Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in channel sales in gardening equipment category or related industries.

Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development.

Excellent understanding in retail management.

Bachelor degree or above. Willing to travel.

Remote working in any East Coast cities of the United States is acceptable.
