Mammotion Technology Co., Limited and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Mammotion” or “we”) believe it is important that you know exactly what to expect when you purchase our connected products (the “Product”). You may fully enjoy our services (the “Service”) via the Product, Mammotion Apps, and mini programs (if applicable). Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), we would like to provide you with information about the data generated and stored by the Product and the Service.

 We are strongly committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy (available at: https://mammotion.com/pages/privacy-policy). You may find all the information about how we process your data, what rights you have as a user and how you can contact us.

 

 What and How Data is Generated

 Apart from personal data, the Product and Service may generate operational data (such as device model, device number, device settings, upgrade records) and information about your user interests (such as network service period, warranty period).

 The Product and Service may generate data in commonly used machine-readable formats, such as JSON. The Product and Service may generate data continuously and in real-time during operation. During operation, the Product and Mammotion Apps are estimated to generate approximately 20-250 MB of data per hour.

 

 How Data is Stored

 The data is stored on the Product, on the device where you install Mammotion APPs or use mini programs (if applicable), and on highly secure external servers in the cloud. We will only retain the information for the shortest period necessary to provide the Service to you.

 

How to Manage the Data

 After you purchase the Product and Service, you may access, retrieve and erase the data by sending an email to privacy@mammotion.com. In general, we will address your request in a timely manner upon receipt and verification of your user identity.

 We may use the readily available data to ensure the normal operation of the Service and optimize service experience. We do not allow any third party to use the readily available data, unless you make a request by sending an email to privacy@mammotion.com. Kindly note that some of the data may fall into trade secrets owned by us, and we may take necessary measures during data sharing in accordance with the Data Act or other applicable laws.

 When you choose to terminate the use of the Product and Service, you may cancel your account and submit a request for us to delete the data.

If you have any complaints, questions, comments, or suggestions, please feel free to contact us by sending an email to privacy@mammotion.com, and we will try our best to address your concerns in a timely manner upon receipt and verification of your user identity. If you are not satisfied with our process, you may lodge a complaint alleging an infringement with the competent authority designated pursuant to Article 37 of the Data Act.
